Prices

Since many different people work on the website that are not our employees and who likely do not have knowledge of gun parts and prices, we reserve the right to not fill orders if the prices are not in line with our standard retail pricing. If there is a discrepancy, we will contact you before filling your order.

Order delivery times

Mailing times vary based on seasonality and ordering process. We are shipping web orders as fast as possible, as you know our business is undergoing a surge of interest due to the political climate.  Rest assured we are shipping as fast as possible, and web orders are addressed before any inventory goes out to our retail store, or the gun show displays.  We greatly appreciate your kind and continued patronage. 

Shipping Options and Pricing

• Standard Shipping: U.S. Mail (USPS) U.S. Only
• Express Shipping: UPS 2 day - Additional $22.95 added to the total "Standard Shipping" charges. U.S. Only
• Overnight Shipping: UPS Next Day - Additional $37.95 added to the total "Standard Shipping" charges. U.S. Only
• International Shipping: delivery charges will be calculated and added at time of shipment.

Important Shipping Issues

UPS: All UPS deliveries must have a physical "Ship To" address. PO Boxes do not accept UPS shipments so we will not process UPS orders that require shipping to PO Box destinations. LIGHT WEIGHT: $7.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. MEDIUM - HEAVY WEIGHT: $7.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item.

Damaged Shipments

Be sure to check all merchandise carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your package appears damaged in any way, contact the shipping company within 48 hours of receipt and request a Damage Inspection Report. Defective Products

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed to be free of flaws. S.W.A.T. will replace any defective products or items damaged in shipment if returned to the address listed above within 7 days of receipt.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with any of our items, for any reason, we are happy to refund your money or replace the item with something else on the following terms:

• Items must be in non-used condition and in original packaging.
• If item is returned for refund we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping.
• If item is returned for exchange, please enclose check, money order or credit card information for additional shipping/handling charge.
